New oil-free, nXDS series dry scroll vacuum pump

Oil-free scroll vacuum pump has achieved a reduction in maintenance costs to less than half of what they were previously. Maintenance, which was required once a year, can now be done once every two and a half years by minimizing wear on the chip seal. Since it is equipped with an inverter, it can also reduce running costs by controlling the rotation speed. Additionally, due to its patented structure, it can exhaust water vapor that conventional scroll pumps could not handle. The noise level has also been reduced to one-twentieth of the conventional level.
